On-Site PC Service - Home or Office

• Travel to customer's site and first hour (Not including parts)
• Each additional hour (Charged in 1/4 hr. increments)

Flat-Rate PC Services - On Site

• Virus, Adware, Spyware scanning and removal. Does not include software - Customer must own or purchase.
• Reformat hard drive, re-install Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP Home/Pro., or Vista - Customer supply Operating System CD.
• Full system restore from PC manufacture CDs. Does not include customer data files whether backed up or not.

Flat-Rate PC Services - In Shop

• Virus, Adware, Spyware scanning and removal. Does not include software - Customer must own or purchase.
• Full system restore from manufacture CDs. Does not include customer data files whether backed up or not.
• New hard disk drive installation. Mirror old drive image to new hard drive. (Customer purchases the new disk drive)
• Reformat hard drive. reinstall Windows operating system (Customer provide Windows CD. and reinstalls applications)
• Create a full restore CD/DVD set. After hard disk replacement or restore, a primary disk partition image is copied to CD/DVD disks that can be later used to restore the hard drive operating system and data if required.

Training or Tutoring

• Individual in-home or office computer training or tutoring on client's equipment.
• Special rates for small private or corporate groups, on-site.
